About Verve Studio
A San Francisco practice where architecture meets intimacy — designing spaces that feel as considered as they are bold.
Where vision meets craft
Founded in 2015 by Elena Vasquez, Verve Studio was born from a conviction that the best architecture doesn't choose between structural ambition and human warmth. We bridge bold architectural vision with intimate interior craft — each project shaped by the people who will inhabit it.
From our studio in the Mission District, our team of architects and designers works across residential, commercial, and renovation projects throughout the Bay Area. Every engagement begins with listening and ends with spaces that feel inevitable — as if they were always meant to exist.
We believe great design emerges
from deep listening
Collaboration
Design is a conversation. We work shoulder-to-shoulder with clients, engineers, and craftspeople — no black-box process, no big reveal.
Craft
We obsess over material honesty, joinery details, and the way light falls across a room. The difference between good and extraordinary lives in the details.
Context
Every site has a story. We study the neighborhood, the climate, the history — then design spaces that belong exactly where they are.
